either all 41 or
our favourite 16.
Iris and I visited parts of Australia and the South island of New Zealand in October and November 2004. We travelled with a group comprised mainly of UC Retirees led by Ms. Helen van Den Berg of Collette Tours. Here we present a
pictorial essay of our exploration.

We used Quantas Airways flights for international flights and most travelling in Australia; we used a coach for the South Island of New Zealand. We stayed overnight at the following places as well as visiting places en route, especially in New Zealand.
- Melbourne, Australia,
- Ayers Rock (Uluru),
- Alice Springs
- Christchurch, New Zealand
- Franz Josef,
- Mt. Cook (Aoraki),
